• The name of the app
• Your device model and iOS version
• The app version, if available
• What happened and what you expected
• A screenshot with personal information removed, if helpful

Your Apple purchases.

For subscriptions billed by Apple, you can manage your plan in your device’s Settings under your name → Subscriptions.

Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Refund eligibility and decisions are handled under Apple’s applicable rules.
