Provider and scope
These Terms of Service apply to VPN Proxy: Fast & Secure VPN (“VPN Proxy” or the “app”) and the related service provided by Hong Kong Real Joy Technology Limited (“Real Joy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Contact us at [email protected].
By using the app or service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. These terms describe the app service and supplement the licence applicable to your App Store download, including Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement where no custom licence is supplied. They do not replace Apple’s applicable usage or purchase conditions.
Publishing these terms does not itself change the licence configured for your App Store purchase, and no provision removes mandatory consumer rights.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must have the legal capacity and any authorisation needed to use the app and make a purchase. If you are a minor, involve a parent or guardian where required by law. Availability and minimum device requirements are shown in the relevant App Store listing.
You may use the app on compatible devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app licence and Apple’s usage rules. You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of services you access through the app.
The VPN service
VPN Proxy helps establish a VPN connection and provides related connection tools. Features and available server locations may change with app versions, operational needs, or local availability. Performance depends on your device, network, provider, destination, and server conditions.
A VPN does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular speed, complete anonymity, access to every website or service, or protection from every online threat. It does not make unlawful conduct lawful and does not replace sensible device security or your responsibility for information you send to destinations.
The device’s VPN configuration permission is required to establish the connection. You control whether to grant that permission and when to connect or disconnect.
Lawful and responsible connections
You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your use of a VPN and the terms of the networks and destinations you access. You must not use the service for fraud, malware distribution, unsolicited abusive communications, unauthorised access, or infringement of another person’s rights.
You must not interfere with other users, overload the service deliberately, bypass legitimate access controls, or attempt to compromise the app or its infrastructure. These restrictions do not limit activities that applicable law expressly permits.
Charges and any future paid features
The current app listing should be checked for the applicable download price and available features. These terms do not introduce a subscription or authorise a charge by themselves.
If a paid feature or subscription is offered in the future, its price, period, renewal conditions, and any trial terms must be shown before you choose to purchase. Apple-billed purchases are managed through your Apple Account. Any cancellation, restoration, or refund rights will follow the conditions shown at purchase, Apple’s applicable procedures, and mandatory law. Deleting an app does not cancel any subscription you have separately purchased.
Protecting the app and other people
You must not introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, misuse support channels, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or information. You must not copy, sell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by its licence or applicable law.
Real Joy and its licensors retain rights in the app, design, branding, and software. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Privacy and permissions
The VPN Proxy Privacy Policy explains the information practices applicable to the app and your privacy choices. Agreement to these terms is not blanket consent to every possible use of personal information. We will request separate permission or provide a specific notice where required.
Apple and other services
The app and related service are provided by Real Joy, not Apple. Real Joy is the contact for app support and is responsible for the app and its content, subject to the applicable licence and law. Apple does not assume a separate obligation to provide our support or maintenance.
Apple’s applicable app licence, purchase conditions, and usage rules continue to apply, including any available warranty-related remedy. Nothing here removes a right available under those terms. Websites, stores, sharing destinations, and services operated by other parties have their own terms, which apply to your dealings with them.
Updates, availability, and support
We may update or modify the app to improve it, maintain compatibility, address security issues, or meet legal requirements. You may need a current compatible version to keep using a feature. We do not promise a particular release date, uninterrupted availability, or a guaranteed support response time.
Send support questions to [email protected], including the app name, device model, version, and a description of the issue. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, material breaches, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Discontinuing a feature or restricting access does not remove any mandatory right to a remedy for a paid purchase. Any separate subscription must be managed through the billing platform. Provisions that by their nature continue after use ends, such as ownership and applicable legal rights, continue to apply.
Limitations and consumer rights
We aim to provide a useful and reliable app, but it may contain errors, experience interruptions, or depend on services outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of suitability for every purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer guarantees, refund rights, or other statutory remedies. Your responsibility to check results and protect your device does not remove obligations imposed on us by applicable law.
Applicable law and resolving concerns
These service terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to the mandatory protections and remedies that apply where you live. They do not require you to give up a forum or procedure available to you under mandatory law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, service, or legal requirements. We will publish the revised terms here and update their effective date. Material changes will be communicated and any required agreement obtained as appropriate. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter a purchase contrary to applicable law.
